I was a little nervous when I bought this that a hot sauce made with kelp might taste too briny and weird to go well with most foods. I’m so glad I tried it!

Absolutely Addicted

We absolutely love the balance and flavor of this hot sauce. It goes well on everything we've tried from veggies to any meat based protein. I made the mistake of not re-ordering another batch when we were on our last bottle and had to go without. Not too much heat (but then again my heat tolerance is pretty high) and packed full of flavor. There is no other hot sauce like it on the market that I've tried. It's also a plus that we're supporting a smaller business.

WOW! I love hot sauces but too many varieties just go for the heat. I want flavor and balance with the heat and this bottle does that PERFECTLY. I agree with the others that say it's unlike any hot sauce you've experienced. You guys did a fantastic job with this recipe and the balance of flavors with the heat. Most hot sauces are also very vinegary which is gross ( ex tabasco YUCK) Not this one.
