Best Salsa Ever!

I discovered Barnacle Salsa and other products while cruising Alaska. This is one of the best Salsa (both red, green and other products) that I have ever tasted. Thank you, Barnacle Foods, for enhancing my taste buds!

PERFECT!

I'm so glad Barnacle makes this salsa. 1) I've been a salsa verde fanatic for years. Given the choice I will always choose it over red. 2) I also LOVE red salsa but I am not a fan of smoky flavors, AT ALL. I was disappointed to see all of their salsa flavors that have any spice are described as smoky. This was the perfect choice for me since it was verde and no smoky flavor. I didn't even think this would be as good as it was. I was blown away. You could serve this to anyone and they would enjoy it, don't have to be a kelp lover (I am, so it's an extra bonus). I was so impressed with the consistency, less runny than most salsa verdes which is great for dipping and makes presentation nicer. Made with healthy, natural ingredients. I usually make my own but this was by far the best jarred salsa verde I've ever had (some of them are inedible). The flavor was superb with chips and would be phenomenal with fish/chicken/pork tacos, eggs, mixed into tortilla soup etc. Put out a bowl of the green and the red for an easy, festive Christmas appetizer! Thank you Barnacle, excellent job!

What? Kelp Salsa?

I would not have believed it if I had not tried this myself. Kelp salsa took me by surprise and was not expecting it to be so delicious. I'm speechless. This is a must have. It's great on everything you love to eat with salsa. Thank you! (and still speechless)
