7 oz soba noodles (2-3 bundles)
1 bunch green onions/scallions
1 ½ cups thinly sliced green cabbage
1 Tbsp neutral flavor oil (vegetable, canola, avocado etc)
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
½ Tbsp sambal oelek (more to taste)
A sprinkle rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup Furikake Kelp Seasoning
Prepare soba noodles according to the directions on package. Mix the following dressing in a separate bowl: 1T sesame oil, 1T neutral flavor oil (vegetable, avocado, etc), 2T soy sauce, 1/2T sambal oelek, a sprinkle of rice wine vinegar, and 1/4 cup Furikake Kelp Seasoning. Combine 1 ½ cups sliced green cabbage with the drained soba noodles and dressing. Top with julienned green onions and sprinkle with some additional Furikake Kelp Blend.
