Green Goddess Gazpacho with Chili Crisp

Heat it up to cool it down and... repeat. Featuring our Kelp Chili Crisp. 


  • 2 cucumbers, peeled + chopped
  • 2 scallions
  • 1.5 cups greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh herbs like cilantro, basil + parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Kelp Chili Crisp
  • 1 Tbsp Everything Kelp Seasoning
  • A few sprigs fresh herbs to garnish
  • Olive oil to drizzle
  • Sea salt to taste


  1. In a blender combine cucumbers, scallions, greek yogurt, fresh herbs and salt. 
  2. Blend until creamy smooth.
  3. Transfer to the refrigerator to chill for 1-2 hours.
  4. When ready to eat, garnish the gazpacho with more fresh herbs, a drizzle of olive oil, sliced cucumber, Everything Kelp Seasoning and Kelp Chili Crisp.
  5. Enjoy immediately.
