Hot Honey Ricotta Toast

Finger-licking hot honey made with our Kelp Chili Crisp will be your next favorite condiment to put on... literally everything. Try it on roasted vegetables, pizza or a wheel of melted brie. 


  • 1 small baguette
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Kelp Chili Crisp
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, finely chopped


  1. Make the hot honey: In a small saucepan, combine honey and Kelp Chili Crisp over medium heat. Stir constantly until combined. This should take just a few minutes.
  2. Slice bread into 1/2 pieces and top each piece with a scoop of ricotta cheese.
  3. Drizzle the hot honey and garnish with pistachios.
  4. Serve immediately.
