White Bean Dip with Kelp Chili Crisp

Creamy white bean dip is drizzled with Kelp Chili Crisp and finished with Everything Bagel Kelp Seasoning for serious flavor with every bite. Whip this together for a spicy last-minute vegan appetizer. 


  • 2 cans cannellini beans (or your favorite white beans), rinsed + 1/4 cup reserved
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1/2 large lemon, juiced
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Kelp Chili Crisp
  • 1 tsp Everything Bagel Kelp Seasoning
  • Crackers, bread or vegetables for dipping


  1. In a food processor add the cannellini beans, garlic, salt and lemon juice. With the food processor running, slowly pour in olive oil. Blend until creamy.
  2. Serve the dip in a medium bowl and garnish with reserved beans, Kelp Chili Crisp and Everything Bagel Kelp Seasoning.
  3. Enjoy with crackers, bread or vegetables for dipping.
  4. Dip can be made up to 5 days ahead of time, but we recommend garnishing right before serving.
