I am a hot sauce nut. I have 8 varieties in my fridge right now. Relatives and friends always give me hot sauce as a gift. I love trying new ones. I bought this in a whim at a seafood market while visiting Florida. For 5 years, this is one one I keep coming back to. It's the perfect amount of heat for me, and the flavor is just the best - fresh and bright in the beginning with an umami finish. A masterpiece.
