Such a complex flavor! And a fun experience

Loveeee these. Sucks I am nowhere near Alaska bc now I’m addicted. I am a pickle lover which is what made me buy these, but I didn’t expect such a complex flavor! Kinda gave me sweet pickle vibes but then they kinda tasted a little like ocean and also your typical dill pickley taste, but all of the seasonings work together beautifully with the saltiness of the kelp. Love the texture, it makes me wonder what it would be like crunchier, like how I imagine they are fresh. Maybe calcium chloride would help w crunchiness? Still loved the texture.
I imagine these would also go really good on a salad or with a drink or a charcuterie board, I am psycho and ate them all plain and then drank the juice.
