Delicious. I’ve eaten a very small portion completely by itself and still enjoyed it. Best use I have found so far is putting it into some hidden valley ranch for some spicy ranch, the unique flavor and heat mixed with the ranch made for a great dipping sauce.

The best chili crisp I have ever had and I had tried many.
It would be great if Barnacle established an east coast distributor. It is just too expensive to have it shipped from AK.
My niece just returne from a trip to AK and bought me. couple of jars.

Unbelievable

Every time I put this on some fish, I love it even more. I'm not even a huge fan of spicy condiments, but this stuff is magic for me. It has just the right amount of kick to be interesting without overpowering, the oil is rich and luxurious, and there's a hint of a sweet finish to round everything out. Love the crunchy bits. Mmmm...Mmmmm...good!
