A favorite recipe of Taku of Outdoor Chef Life and the perfect accompaniment to Kelp Chili Crisp: salmon poke.
- Slice chilled salmon into cubes. Combine with thinly sliced red onions and green onions. Chop cucumber into cubes and add into a bowl.
- Add with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a large spoonful of Kelp Chili Crisp. Mix all together.
- In another bowl, place sushi rice, and sprinkle with Kelp Furikake Seasoning, mix together.
- Top rice with salmon poke mixture and enjoy!
