A favorite recipe of Taku of Outdoor Chef Life and the perfect accompaniment to Kelp Chili Crisp: salmon poke.



  1. Slice chilled salmon into cubes. Combine with thinly sliced red onions and green onions. Chop cucumber into cubes and add into a bowl.
  2. Add with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a large spoonful of Kelp Chili Crisp. Mix all together.
  3. In another bowl, place sushi rice, and sprinkle with Kelp Furikake Seasoning, mix together.
  4. Top rice with salmon poke mixture and enjoy!
