Everything Bagel Kelp Seasoning
Plums, halloumi and red onion are drizzled with Bullwhip Kelp Hot Sauce, grilled to smokey perfection and sprinkled with Everything Bagel Kelp Seasoning. Perfect for your favorite vegetarian at your next party.
Ingredients
- 8 oz block halloumi
- 8 plums
- 1 small red onion
- 2 Tbsp Bullwhip Kelp Hot Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Everything Bagel Kelp Seasoning
- A spring of mint for garnish
Preparations
- Prep the skewers: Slice plums in half and remove the pit. Cut halloumi and red onions in to medium chunks.
- Assemble the skewers: Working one at a time, assemble each skewer with plum, red onion and halloumi. Repeat until each skewer is full.
- Brush each skewer with Bullwhip Kelp Hot Sauce on both sides.
- Grill skewers about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are carmelized as desired.
- Remove from grill and sprinkle with Everything Bagel Kelp Seasoning and fresh mint.
- Enjoy immediately.
